Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Stay with the doctor during hospital/clinic hours and assist in day-to-day patient coordination.
• Assist the doctor in managing the patient flow and appointments.
• Support the doctor in converting interested patients into appropriate treatment/procedure consultations.
• Explain the next steps of the treatment process as instructed by the doctor.
• Attend incoming patient calls and respond to patient queries.
• Schedule and manage doctor appointments.
• Make follow-up calls to patients after consultation/treatment.
• Identify patients who are satisfied with their treatment and coordinate forpatient testimonials/feedback videos.
• Take short patient video bytes/interviews with proper consent.
• Coordinate with the digital/media team for patient stories, testimonials and awareness content.

Required Skills:

• Graduation with good communication skills.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, healthcare, receptionist, patient coordinator, telecalling or customer relationship roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and confidence may also be considered.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
