What you will do

As a New Patient Coordinator, you’ll guide prospective patients from their first enquiry through to treatment start. You’ll ensure their experience is seamless and informative every step of the way.

• Respond to new patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Book and coordinate initial consultations
• Create and update patient records in the Patient Management System
• Build quick rapport with patients so they feel reassured and confident
• Follow up missed or cancelled appointments and treatment queries
• Liaise with the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow

What you will bring

• Professional and confident communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and with a can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Understanding of Orthodontic treatments would be a bonus!
