Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a Dentist with strong communication and sales skills to join our team in a non-clinical role focused on calling prospective patients, understanding their dental requirements, explaining suitable treatment options, and converting leads into clinic appointments and treatments.

The ideal candidate will use their dental knowledge and professional credibility to build trust with patients, address concerns, follow up consistently, and guide prospective patients through their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing dental leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand patients’ dental concerns, treatment requirements, expectations, and budget considerations.
• Explain dental procedures, treatment options, benefits, general processes, and expected outcomes in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients.
• Convert leads into consultation appointments and treatment bookings.
• Follow up with leads who have not yet booked or are considering treatment.
• Handle patient questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Re-engage old, inactive, and missed leads to generate new appointments.
• Coordinate with the clinical and front-office teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointment status, and lead outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve agreed lead conversion, appointment booking, and revenue targets.
• Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries generated through digital marketing, social media, website forms, and other channels.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach throughout all patient interactions.
• Ensure all communication remains within the scope of a non-clinical role and clinic policies.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
