About the Role

The Patient Coordinator is the first and last impression of our practice. You will play a key role in keeping our schedule running smoothly, helping patients understand their treatment and insurance benefits, and maintaining strong communication with patients and other local offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Presenting treatment plans and providing accurate treatment estimates
• Verifying dental insurance benefits
• Submitting insurance claims and following up on unpaid or pending claims
• Posting and reconciling insurance payments
• Managing email and text communications with patients and other dental offices
• Supporting front office operations as part of a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: 5 years experience with dental insurance (major PPOs)
• Required: Experience with Dentrix software
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
• A team player seeking a long-term position within a stable, community-focused practice
