Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, assisting with appointments, maintaining patient records, and supporting smooth day-to-day patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Attend patient queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare staff, and other departments.
• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related processes.
• Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations and visits.
• Handle phone calls and routine patient communication professionally.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive relationship with patients.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Salary & Benefits
