We’re Hiring: Patient Coordinator – Sales & Upselling

We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.
• Upsell treatment packages and recommend additional suitable services.
• Follow up with existing patients to encourage repeat visits and treatment completion.
• Explain treatment plans, offers, and packages to patients.
• Build strong patient relationships and improve retention.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and upselling targets.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, and marketing teams to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in medical sales, patient coordination, or clinic customer service.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in upselling healthcare or aesthetic treatment packages is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Target-driven, confident, and professional.

Salary: starting 4000 AED Based on experience + performance-based incentives.
