Patient Coordinator – Aesthetic Clinic

Perfect Doctors Clinic is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to manage patient inquiries, book consultations, and support patients throughout their aesthetic treatment and surgical journey.

The ideal candidate has experience in an aesthetic or plastic surgery clinic, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand patients’ concerns and explain available services, prices, and booking procedures accurately.
• Convert inquiries into consultations through personalized communication and consistent follow-up.
• Follow up with patients after consultations regarding treatment plans and quotations.
• Coordinate appointments, treatments, surgeries, and follow-up visits with doctors and nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate clinical questions to the medical team.
• Work toward agreed booking and revenue targets while maintaining excellent patient service.
• Prepare daily reports on inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of patient coordination or sales experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong telephone, WhatsApp, sales, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery procedures.
• Experience using CRM systems; knowledge of Zoho CRM is an advantage.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Availability to work rotating clinic shifts.
