Job Description:

We're looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team! This is a non-clinical, administrative position focused on helping patients understand the financial side of their care.

This is not a sales position. The doctor is responsible for explaining treatment recommendations and answering clinical questions. Once that conversation is complete, you'll guide patients through their financial responsibilities, review payment options, answer questions, and help make the process simple and stress-free.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with new patient visits: Welcome and guide new patients through their initial experience, including office tours, pre-consultations, computerized posture assessments, range-of-motion and grip strength evaluations, taking notes for the doctor, and preparing patients for X-rays.
• Assist with patient re-examinations: Support the doctor during follow-up consultations, computerized posture assessments, range-of-motion and grip strength evaluations, and accurately document findings.
• Prepare SOAP notes: Create and maintain accurate patient documentation to support the doctor and ensure organized patient records.
• Audit patient accounts: Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and help maintain organized records.
• Perform computerized X-ray line analysis: Assist with computerized X-ray analysis using the practice's systems and procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to learn, memorize, and confidently follow scripts and established procedures
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Team player who enjoys helping others and working closely with a team
• Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
