Patient Coordinator

Patient Management

• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
• Guide patients through treatment plans, procedure details, and pre/post-operative instructions.
• Maintain regular communication with patients before and after procedures.

Consultation Coordination

• Assist doctors and consultants during patient consultations.
• Collect and maintain patient records, photographs, and medical documentation.
• Explain treatment packages, pricing, and payment options to prospective patients.
• Follow up with leads and consultation patients to support treatment conversion.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic databases.
• Prepare consent forms and other required documentation.
• Coordinate appointment calendars for doctors and clinical staff.
• Ensure patient files are complete and updated.

Patient Experience

• Welcome patients and ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Sales & Follow-Up

• Follow up on consultation leads and treatment inquiries.
• Support achievement of clinic conversion and patient retention goals.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and referral programs when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
