About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Junior Patient Coordinator fluent in both Russian and English to join a fast-paced Urgent Care Call Center operations team. In this entry-level/junior position, you will play a critical role in conducting patient outreach, engaging patients in their preferred language, and encouraging them to schedule essential healthcare appointments to ensure quality-of-care standards and insurance compliance are met.

Responsibilities

• Patient Engagement & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to patients to encourage and schedule timely medical appointments.
• Healthcare Education: Clearly communicate the importance of routine care, preventative visits, and follow-ups in a warm, clear, and reassuring manner.
• Data & Workflow Management: Accurately log call details, patient updates, and appointment schedules in clinical management systems.
• Patient Follow-Up: Track pending calls, manage callbacks, and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the call center team and medical administration staff to streamline patient scheduling workflows.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English (required to effectively communicate with non-English-speaking patients and US-based teams).
• Experience Level: Open to Junior candidates (0–2 years of experience). Prior experience in customer service, call centers, administrative support, or healthcare settings is a plus, but entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong active listening, empathy, and patience when communicating with patients.
• Detail Orientation: High level of organization and accuracy in entering patient data and tracking schedules.
• Tech Readiness: Comfortable working with online scheduling platforms, computer applications, and remote communication tools.
