Master the art of diary management, keeping our schedules running smoothly

Provide top-notch customer service across all channels - phone, email, and social media

Support our awesome team and help create a positive clinic atmosphere

Keep our clinic sparkling clean and well-stocked

• Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Excellent communication skills and computer savvy
• Experience with stock management, including completing small inventory stocktakes and rotating stock when new orders arrive

The Details: 2 days with evening and weekend availability

Competitive hourly rate: €14.15-€16.00 (D.O.E)

6-month probationary period

Ideal Background: 3+ years of customer service experience

Clinic experience is a plus!

Leaving Certificate required, Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification is an advantage
