Patient Coordinator - Medspa

This isn’t your average front desk role. We seek a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who is exceptional with clients and also comfortable educating and converting on high-value treatments and skincare packages, as well as selling luxury services or big-ticket items. Responsibilities

• Delivering a five-star experience from the first phone call to checkout
• Managing appointments through the EMR system.
• Consulting with walk-in and call-in clients regarding treatments and services
• Promoting products and services confidently, with a strong focus on sales conversion
• Checking out patients with accuracy and professionalism in cash, credit, and invoicing
• Educating clients on treatments and skincare products.
• Maintaining strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Assisting with light administrative and accounting duties

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in high-level customer service or sales
• Background in aesthetics, hospitality, concierge services, or medical sales is a plus
• Strong and confident sales skills, and you must be comfortable discussing and selling premium treatments
• Technically savvy, experience with in EMR software is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Friendly, warm, and well-spoken with a polished appearance
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
