Patient Coordinator/ Sales representative

Dynasty Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good personality, hands-on CRM experience, and the ability to provide an excellent patient experience from the first inquiry through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient information and communication records in the CRM.
• Follow up with new inquiries and existing patients to support appointment conversion.
• Explain clinic services and provide patients with accurate general information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain regular communication with patients before and after appointments.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate matters to management when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.
• Support the clinic team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Achieve assigned patient follow-up and appointment targets.

Requirements

• Female candidate – Mandatory.
• Arabic speaker – Mandatory.
• Previous CRM experience – Required.
• Immediate joining – Required.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, medical center, aesthetic clinic, or wellness environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong customer-service and patient-handling skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
