RxHealing partners with independent pharmacies to deliver remote care programs to Medicare patients across the country. Our team helps patients access ongoing, board-certified provider oversight from the comfort of their own homes, working hand in hand with their local pharmacy.

About the Role

We are hiring reliable, service-oriented team members to support our remote patient care programs. In this role, you will call patients who have already expressed interest in remote care services and help them complete their enrollment with a board-certified provider.

This is not a cold-calling sales role. You will guide patients through a supportive, structured process that helps them access meaningful, ongoing care from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients who have already indicated interest in our remote care program.
• Schedule appointments with qualified, board-certified providers and help patients understand next steps.
• Complete enrollment and documentation accurately while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policy.
• Provide compassionate, professional support to patients, answering questions and helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
• Use provided scripts and workflows to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance on every call.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions and follow ups in our systems.
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a patient is enrolled.
• Communicate issues and feedback to management to help improve processes and the patient experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related patient or member facing roles.
• Clear, professional verbal communication skills and a warm, patient focused demeanor.
• Proven reliability and ability to follow a set schedule consistently.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and comfort using computer based tools for calls and data entry.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in a healthcare related setting (clinic, pharmacy, hospital, medical office, insurance, or similar).
• Familiarity with HIPAA or handling sensitive health or financial information.
• Prior experience in a call center, patient outreach, care coordination, or medical office environment.

Schedule and Employment Details

• Part-time or full-time options available.
• Candidates must commit to a consistent weekly schedule (10, 15, 20, 25, or 40 hours per week), agreed upon in advance.
• This is a W-2 employee position, not a 1099 or independent contractor role.
• Work is fully remote, from your home, using RxHealing systems and scripts.

Compensation and Growth

• Competitive flat hourly pay ($15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and schedule commitment). Pay is not tied to enrollment volume or outcomes, consistent with federal healthcare compliance standards (Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law).
