Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator LA-Sight

LA Sight is a premier ophthalmology practice on the Westside seeking a polished, personable Full Coordinator to support both front-office operations and patient conversion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end, patient-centered environment and understands that exceptional service and thoughtful communication are the foundation of practice growth.

Other Details

We operate on an alternative work week schedule, meaning all staff work four days per week while receiving compensation equivalent to a full five-day salary. Monthly performance bonuses are also available based on conversion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, manage scheduling, and coordinate patient flow
• Follow up with prospective patients interested in elective procedures (LASIK, premium lenses, etc.)
• Support the conversion process for self-pay and elective services through consultative, non-pushy communication
• Assist with administrative tasks including chart prep, referrals, and patient correspondence
• Maintain an organized, luxury-feel front office environment consistent with our brand standards

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, patient coordinator, or client-facing administrative role
• Background in medical, aesthetic, dental, or luxury service industries a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable discussing fees, financing options, and elective procedure value with patients
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
