Modern Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a growing chiropractic and wellness practice focused on helping people improve their health through a natural, wellness-centered approach.

We are looking for a caring, positive, dependable person to join our team as a Patient Experience & Wellness Coordinator.

About the Position

This is a hands-on, patient-focused position that combines front-office responsibilities with assisting with patient care and therapies.

The right person will be comfortable moving between the front and back of the office, interacting with patients, helping with their care, and supporting the team throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Front Office

• Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Create a positive and comfortable experience for patients and their families
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, and check-out
• Answer phones and communicate with patients
• Assist with patient questions and general needs
• Process payments and assist with patient account questions
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Help maintain an organized and professional front office

Patient Care & Therapy Support

• Assist with patient care and therapies
• Prepare treatment rooms, therapy areas, and equipment
• Assist patients with positioning and preparation for therapies as directed
• Set up and clean therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Guide patients through appropriate therapies and procedures according to established protocols
• Monitor patients during therapies and communicate questions or concerns to the chiropractor
• Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
• Learn and become proficient in the various therapies and services offered by practice
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared treatment areas

Wellness & Patient Education

• Support the practice's wellness-focused philosophy
• Help educate patients about wellness services and therapies
• Encourage patients to take an active role in their health
• Provide a positive and encouraging experience throughout the patient's care
• Continue learning about the practice's services, therapies, and wellness approach

Team Support

• Work closely with Chiropractors, the Office Manager, and other team members
• Communicate important patient information and concerns appropriately
• Assist team members when needed
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing education
• Follow established office procedures and expectations
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment

Experience

Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic office, physical therapy, massage therapy, wellness, customer service, or a medical/chiropractic office is a plus, but experience is not required.

We are willing to train the right person.

We are especially interested in someone with the right attitude, work ethic, personality, and desire to learn.

Position Details

• Position: Patient Experience & Wellness Coordinator
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Hours: Full-time, approximately 35+ hours per week
• Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience
