About the Role

The Patient Experience Concierge is the gracious host or hostess of The Schultz Center. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. You'll orchestrate the patient's experience from arrival through departure while anticipating needs and creating moments that make their visit memorable.

You'll work closely with our clinical team, including our Dental Hygienist, and doctors, to ensure every part of the patient journey feels seamless.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Coordinate each patient's visit from check-in through check-out
• Prepare and offer coffee, tea, water, and refreshments
• Anticipate patient needs before they have to ask
• Maintain a beautiful, calm, and inviting environment
• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and financial conversations
• Support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional experience
• Help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit
• Look for meaningful opportunities to surprise and delight our patients
• Support a team committed to exceptional Preventive Care and Patient Education

Preferred

• Dental, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, or customer-service experience
• Experience in a Modern Dental Office
• Familiarity with dental scheduling, insurance, or financial conversations
