What You’ll Do:

● Welcome with Warmth: Greet every patient with energy, positivity, and professionalism.

● Smooth Patient Flow: Coordinate check-ins and check-outs while ensuring accurate and complete patient records.

● Create an Inviting Space: Keep the lobby pristine, welcoming, and stocked with materials that reflect 4Ever Young’s high standards.

● Promote Wellness Solutions: Educate patients on services, promotions, and membership programs tailored to their needs.

● Support Operations: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with community or center events as needed.

● A strong passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.

● Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

● Familiarity with scheduling systems or administrative tools (preferred).

● A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
