Tiny Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is a small, growing practice seeking an experienced Patient Experience Coordinator. This is an opportunity for someone who loves working with families, takes ownership of a busy schedule, and wants to help shape the experience patients have with our practice.

You’ll be a welcoming voice on the phone and a reassuring presence when families arrive. You’ll help parents navigate appointments, keep schedules organized across our Alpharetta and Cumming locations, and work closely with our team to make each visit run smoothly.

• Experience managing patient calls, scheduling, and daily operations in a pediatric dental
• A warm, outgoing personality and clear communication with parents, children, and teammates
• Strong organization and the ability to handle several priorities at once
• The confidence to contribute from day one, along with ideas for improving the patient experience
• An interest in helping build the reputation and future of a growing practice

Our interview process

We’re meeting with multiple candidates and taking the time to find the right person for our team. Selected applicants will begin with an introductory phone call, followed by a Zoom or FaceTime interview. Finalists will be invited to an in-office sit-down interview and a working interview. The process may also include a skills assessment relevant to the role.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
