Patient Experience Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Patient Experience Coordinator to support our patients both in-person and over the phone. Our team values service, positivity, and collaborating together to meet the needs of patients.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule appointments & collect payments

· Communicate with our supportive billing team

· Provide support to the clinical team

· Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace

· Help foster a welcoming, upbeat environment for everyone who walks through our doors

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Willingness to learn

· Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

· Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not required

Hours- All schedules are set at the time of hire (2 shifts of 7am – 6:30 and 2 shifts of 7am – 2pm weekdays only)

Compensation:

Hourly range of $19-23 based on relative experience
