Patient Experience Coordinator

Are you a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences? Expert Physio is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced physiotherapy clinic.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a confident, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment. You should be a quick learner who excels at multitasking and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with a high level of customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Handle billing, payments, and manage outstanding accounts and rejections
• Perform electronic filing, faxing, scanning, and general administrative duties
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
• Handling direct billing for WCB, ICBC, MSP, and private insurance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
• Previous MOA experience and familiarity with Jane EMR is not a requirement but an asset

Schedule:

• We are looking for someone to join us Part Time/Full Time. Hours can be discussed to ensure that we find a schedule that is mutually beneficial.
• We are also looking for someone to fill in for Sick/Vacation coverage.
