Job Description: PCE Outcome Monitoring Executive

Department: Patient-Centered Care (PCC)
Location: Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi
Reports To: Chief of PCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient communication practices across hospital touchpoints.
• Conduct daily patient feedback, exit surveys, and queue communication surveys.
• Observe staff communication and identify training gaps.
• Collect, analyse, and maintain patient experience data.
• Prepare daily reports, monthly MIS, and dashboards.
• Track patient complaints, feedback, and corrective actions.
• Support PCE competency assessments and staff refresher training.
• Monitor patient communication standards at satellite centres.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Optometry, Nursing, Hospital Administration, Social Work, or Psychology.
• 2–4 years of experience in patient care, counselling, or healthcare.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and report writing.
• Willingness to travel to satellite centres.
