• One (1) year of customer service or sales experience required; experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, cosmetic, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Proven success meeting performance goals, sales targets, or customer engagement metrics preferred.

Education

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer and using a telephone.
• Frequent use of a computer, headset, and multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds.
