required
License/Certifications: Valid Driver s License. Must be able to travel to
offsite locations
Experience: Previous Patient Relations Experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal Skills required
Strong Conflict Resolution Skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Active Listening Skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance CMS/DNV
Responsible to: Manager Patient Relations
Responsible for: None
SUMMARY: Identify and address barriers and embed best practices into the
workflow to improve overall patient experience.~Through problem-solving,
de-escalation, and proactive, timely service recovery, the team member looks to
support the patient s healthcare journey.
Salary Range: $24.72 – $39.01
