Patient Flow Coordinator

Helton Chiropractic is looking for a Patient Flow Coordinator to guide patients through their visits and help our clinic operate efficiently throughout the day.

We see hundreds of patients every week, and this role is essential in ensuring patients move smoothly between doctors, therapy, and other services. When this role is done well, patients experience shorter wait times and our clinical team can provide the best care possible.

We are seeking an energetic, personable team member who can adapt quickly, stay organized during busy times, and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Medical experience is not required. Training will be provided. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do

Guide the Patient Experience

• Escort patients to exam rooms, therapy areas, or treatment stations
• Ensure patients move efficiently between providers and services
• Monitor patient flow to keep appointments running on time
• Assist patients with questions and directions throughout their visit

Support the Clinical Team

• Prepare exam rooms for patient care
• Ensure X-rays and charts are ready for doctors during exams
• Check blood pressure for new or re-exam patients
• Help ensure charts and paperwork move correctly through each visit

Patient Communication

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Respond to voicemails and online inquiries
• Assist with scheduling and directing new patients

Maintain a Professional Environment

• Clean and prepare adjusting tables and exam rooms as needed
• Reset rooms between patients
• Spot-clean common areas and maintain clinic appearance
• Help ensure the clinic is ready for the next day

Administrative Support

• Perform light filing and administrative tasks
• Support the front desk team with daily operations when needed

• Customer service or healthcare experience preferred

• Ability to stay on your feet and move throughout the clinic during the day

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
