Your Role & Impact As a Patient Information Associate, You Will

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and members of the public
• Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus
• Assist patients and visitors with self‑registration kiosks or counter services
• Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly, and professionally
• Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non‑visiting hours
• Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed and helpful presence—even during busy periods

You will be working in an environment where empathy, attentiveness, and calm communication matter every day.

Shift Details

• Shift‑based role
• Earliest shift starts at 7:30AM
• Latest shift ends at 9:00PM
• Includes weekends and public holidays
• 5‑day work week

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service, or retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• IT‑savvy and proficient in common computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
