Patient intake call center

We are looking for a self motivated individual to be part of our fast paced medical office. Responsibilities include scheduling patients, managing providers schedule, learning systems, registering patients in data base, collecting insurance information, answering patient questions, giving updated status, and verifying insurances. Customer service skills and a positive attitude is a must. Organized, reliable, and quick learner

Requirements:

* Have medical office setting experience or call center setting experience.

*Learn scheduling, EMR systems and insurance portals

*Able to work on your own

*Knowledgeable in Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare advantage, and commercial plans.

* Able to verify and explain insurance benefits.

*Be trustworthy

*Must have excellent communication skills

*Be a team player
