Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children - both uninsured and insured - integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Registration Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental office settings and possess strong organizational skills.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.25 (non-negotiable)

Essential Function:

• Medical Records and Filing
• Supply Inventory
• Check in Deliveries
• Monetary Responsibilities
• Intake Services
• Scanning documents
• Schedule patients
• Ethical/Legal Issues – understanding of state codes and following standards
• Teamwork and performance improvement
• Works cooperatively with supervisor and others

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
