What they need
To handle all patient concerns and pro-actively ensure all patients' needs are met. To be a point of contact for all departments regarding the Patient Experience. To handle any special patient requests and deal with any complaints or patient queries
Experience in Health care / Hospital industry
Should be able to explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service, care and treatments to potential patients.
Should have health counseling skills and convincing skills.
Co-ordinate between the patient and doctor for treatment plan.
Fluency and Good command in Odia,Hindi & English.
Should possess an educational qualification of Graduate Degree
Experience: Min 1 -2 Years of Experience in Health Care Industry/Hospital.
