Job Summary

We are looking for a Couple Coordinator to support patients and couples through routine consultation and appointment coordination. The role involves patient communication, follow-up, documentation, and coordination with the hospital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and routine patient visits.
• Communicate with couples regarding appointment schedules and centre procedures.
• Understand general patient queries and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-office staff for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain enquiry, appointment, and follow-up records.
• Make follow-up calls and provide approved information to patients.
• Assist patients with routine coordination before and after consultations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support patient awareness and outreach activities when required.
• Escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain daily activity records and provide updates to the concerned team.

Eligibility

• Any degree or relevant healthcare qualification.
• Previous hospital / healthcare experience required.
• Experience in patient coordination, counselling, front office, or healthcare communication is an advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills; additional local-language skills are an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with couples and families in a professional manner.
• Immediate joiners required.
