Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to join our polyclinic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a positive experience to patients while coordinating with the medical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a professional and courteous approach.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Coordinate appointments, patient registrations, and follow-ups.
• Assist patients with clinic procedures and general information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate patient-related records and documentation.
• Support daily front-office and patient-relations activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in patient relations, customer service, front office, or healthcare is preferred.
• Maximum 3 years of UAE experience.
• Must have own visa.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
