Patient Representative - Chat Support

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused Chat Support Representative to handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service through live chat. This is an on-site role, requiring the selected candidate to work from our office. The ideal candidate must have strong written communication skills, good typing speed, and the ability to handle multiple patient conversations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient queries through live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve patient issues.
• Handle patient complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet patient satisfaction, response time, and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and support procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduation / Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant chat support or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work according to Eastern Time Zone (Night Shift).
• Experience in Healthcare Industry will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude and patient-focused approach.

Schedule:

5PM to 2AM (hours may differ according to requirement)

5 Working Days (Sat & Sun off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
