What they need
Busy Ophthalmology practice is seeking a Patient Relations Representative for a full time position. Hours include Mondays through Fridays, and 1-2 Saturday mornings a month. Duties include answering phones in our call center and front desk responsibilities including greeting patients, scheduling, and insurance verification. Full benefits package available, including 401K. Prior medical office experience preferred but not required.
