Patient Safety Associate

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical trial data to identify potential safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on patient safety outcomes, including adverse event reporting and risk assessment.
• Provide expert guidance on patient safety matters, including medication interactions and adverse reactions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in patient safety, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving changes that enhance patient safety and experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or medicine.
• Proven experience in patient safety, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
