General Description:

• We are seeking a customer-focused Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support patient access and care coordination for a busy Orthopedics specialty service.
• This role is ideal for professionals with healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical call center, or medical office experience who excel at delivering a positive patient experience.
• The successful candidate will manage appointment scheduling, respond to patient inquiries, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and coordinate with providers and clinical teams to support timely access to care.

Important: Although this is primarily a remote position, candidates must be available for at least two weeks of onsite training at the Los Angeles facility, with additional training as needed. Candidates must also be able to report onsite promptly for equipment needs, coaching, meetings, troubleshooting, and other business requirements.
