Patient Scheduling Representative

Education and experience:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 year of relevant work experience
• Previous customer service/call center experience and/or front desk experience, ideally for a medical setting (desired but not required)

Abilities and Skills:

• Great customer service skills
• Schedule patient appointments (on our EMR - Athena Health / Software program)
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
• Maintain a positive attitude towards patients at all times and be able to handle stress as it arises
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Able to listen and understand information and communicate in both oral and written form
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
