What they need
Job Scope:
- Handle registration, admission and discharge process
- Assist to provide accurate information to patient and handle complaints
- Process billings enquiries and collect payments
- Assist doctor and nurse in the treatment room
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O / A level
- Good Communication skills
