Patient Service Associate

• Coordinate front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment management, referrals, billing, and medication dispensing.

• Deliver patient support by responding to enquiries, facilitating communication, and providing chaperone assistance.

• Maintain patient files, oversee pharmaceutical inventory, and ensure clinic facilities are properly maintained.

• Provide administrative support in claims submission, report preparation, daily operations, and staff coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level
• No experience welcomed! On- the- job training provided.
• Comfortable standing for long hours.
