Patient Service Associate (No experience required!)

• Assist patients with registration and scheduling of appointments
• Handling of patients enquiries
• Provide financial counselling and advices to patients
• Updating of patient particulars in the system
• Assist in treatment and medical examination when needed
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Candidate with relevant experience will be greatly considered
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
