Patient Service Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist / Patient Service Coordinator to join our offsite clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front desk support, assisting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Register patients and verify their personal information.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding patient appointments and concerns.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Experience in front desk, reception, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related role is an advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude.
