Patient Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Provide clear information regarding clinic services, procedures, and healthcare programs.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, medical records, and HMO coordination.
• Assist patients in accessing referrals, healthcare services, and PhilHealth-related programs.
• Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient care and customer service.
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of patient information at all times.

Qualification:

• Previous experience in customer service, patient coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient-focused, service-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
