Who We Need

This role is responsible for clerical and administrative support in Delivery Suite.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Deliver efficient front counter services, including handling phone enquiries, responding to customer queries, and processing billing and payment transactions.
• Assist in patient admission, discharge and transfer processes.
• Perform data entry of maternity bookings into the system.
• Send confirmation letters and brochures to patients.
• Manage bookings for induction of labour procedures.
• Collate statistics on delivery to submit to ADN and Nursing Administration Department.

How to Succeed

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
• At least 1 year working experience in healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Able to work permanent PM shifts
