Patient Service Representative

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Hospitality, Medical Allied, or related courses preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience in healthcare or patient service is an advantage

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Can work independently and under pressure

• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with inquiries and appointment scheduling

• Register patients and explain procedures and requirements

• Coordinate with doctors and other departments

• Maintain accurate patient records and schedules

• Handle billing, payments, and issuance of official receipts

• Prepare daily cash remittances

• Ensure a positive patient experience

• Perform other related duties as assigned
