Patient Service Representative

Dermatology office seeking a team player to join our group. Medical office experience a must. Requires a energetic, committed, highly organized person with computer skills. Must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Duties to include:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Check in patients, data entry
• insurance verification, knowledgeable with copayments, deductible and co insurances & understanding of benefits
• Answer incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Scan charts
• Updating patient demographics
• Confirming appointments or rescheduling appointments'
