Position Summary

ACCESS Family Care is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Patient Service Representative to join our team in Anderson, MO. This role is essential in providing excellent front-line support to patients while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in English & Spanish +
