Role Description

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA area. The representative will verify insurance coverage, and provide excellent customer service through effective phone communication. Additional responsibilities include assisting with patient inquiries, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to a smooth-running team work environment.

• Experience with Insurance Verification processes
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certifications are a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
