Patient Services Representative

We’re a boutique concierge internal medicine and nephrology practice in Orlando seeking a warm, organized front desk professional to be the first voice and face our members experience. This isn’t high-volume fee-for-service front desk work — our patients are members, and the standard is white-glove, not transactional.

Responsibilities: open and close the office daily, answer and route calls, schedule and confirm appointments, check patients in and out, maintain member records with strict confidentiality, and support the physician’s day-to-day flow.

Requirements: high school diploma required, 1–2 years medical office or concierge/hospitality customer service experience, EHR and computer proficiency, calm under pressure with frustrated callers, professional appearance and communication.

What sets this apart: small patient panel, low volume, high relationship quality, direct physician access — not a typical insurance-claims call center environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
