Role Overview

The position involves providing high-quality, efficient service to patients, including greeting, registering in the EMR system, verifying demographic and billing information, and monitoring waiting areas to ensure timely care or communicate delays. The role also requires identifying insurance types and verifying patient coverage eligibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of medical office experience preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish or English/Polish are a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
