- Processes prior authorization of services
- Assists in management of work queues as directed
Qualifications:
Education/formal training/licensure/certification/experience:
High School graduate; knowledge of medical terminology. Preferred: Related
college/continuing education or experience in one or more of the:
- Customer service
- Healthcare office
- Billing/coding
- Business
