Adelante Healthcare is seeking a professional and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to support patients throughout their healthcare experience. This position handles front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, patient registration, phone inquiries, and administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous front-desk service.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions.
• Process check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Collect and document payments when required.
• Protect patient privacy and follow applicable healthcare policies.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare, medical office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
